Control Point Associates, Inc. has announced the promotion of Brett Rissmiller to Project Manager in our Chalfont office.
Brett started with Control Point over 4 years ago as a Survey Technician. He has grown with the company first as an Assistant Project Manager and now a Project Manager. His career at Control Point has allowed Brett to work on several notable projects such as the St. Charles Seminary, Granite Run Mall, TopGolf, Cinram Property Group, and RAR2 Bethel Industrial, LLC.

When Brett was in high school, he took a class on AutoCAD and realized all the opportunities a career in surveying could offer. Learning the ins and outs of surveying got him hooked, and he wanted to continue to learn and grow within the industry. After graduation, Brett started exploring the different aspects of a career in surveying. He began in the field, conducting numerous boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, as well as in the office plotting point data that had been collected. Now 15 years later, he still has the same passion for what he does and all aspects of surveying.
