Control Point Associates, Inc. has announced that David Hines has been promoted to the position of Branch Manager of our Chalfont, PA office. For over five years, David has been a devoted member of the Control Point team. With his hard work and expertise, he has helped grow our company’s reputation as a leader in the Professional Land Surveying industry.
David has a proven track record of client satisfaction through his relationships with both public and private sector clients. He provides services such as but not limited to: Topographic/Existing Conditions surveys, Boundary and Location surveys, Hydrographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, Construction Layout, As-Built surveys, and High Definition 3D Laser Scanning surveys.

As Branch Manager, David brings his strong leadership, coordination, and creativity to the diverse projects he manages. Some notable projects include the King of Prussia Town Center, Philadelphia Water Department Green Streets Project, and aiding in the historical preservation of 401 N. Broad Street in Philadelphia. David is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors and the National Society of Professional Surveyors, past Secretary and Vice President of the Bucks County Chapter of the PSLS, and has his SIT certification.
