St. Ann’s Warehouse is a historic landmark on the Brooklyn Waterfront that contacted Control Point in
2011 for the proposed new state-of-the-art theater and other assorted back-of-house spaces.
During all phases of construction, the engineers wanted to ensure protection to the historic landmark
as well as some of the adjacent structures. The main focus was monitoring crack widths during construction.
