Control Point Associates, Inc. provided surveying and mapping services for Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Services included limited topographic and utility surveys of up to 300 right-of-way sidewalk bioswale sites including sidewalk and street frontage, vault surveys, geotechnical investigations to determine whether subsurface conditions can support green infrastructure, and requesting water and sewer utility mapping for preparation of background documentation for proposed water and sewer tie-ins. The work was performed in accordance with NYCDEP February 2015 Procedure Governing Limited Survey for Right-of-Way Bioswales, Right-of-Way Rain Gardens, and Right-of-Way Stormwater Greenstreets.
