Control Point Associates, Inc. was contracted to document existing conditions of the century-old Glenwood Landing Power Plant. Our client utilized the base mapping we provided for the demolition of the 16-acre site. Utilizing 3D Laser Scanning, Control Point was able to create building interior floor plans for the removal of existing equipment, and showed the location of the sub-basements.
