Control Point Associates, Inc. was hired to provide the base survey of the former 27-acre Naval Base in Southern Philadelphia. In the late 1980’s the naval base closed its doors which employed thousands and housed hundreds more in houses at the intersection of 20th Street and Pattison Avenue. Now, in its place are upscale luxury townhomes. This was the first of many projects in which Control Point provided survey documents for Western Development, who was looking to transform Philadelphia neighborhoods into prospering communities.
