Since 2000, Control Point has been providing diverse services to 170 acres of Kearny in order to provide plans for multiple site improvements. An old General Electric plant was converted into lease areas for multiple multi-use clients. Another area that was converted was a historic shipyard that was previously used for dry docking and repairing ships. Control Point provided flood elevation certificates for each individual building.
