Since 2011, Control Point Associates, Inc. has been surveying multiple areas of the 25-acre industrial warehouse property. The site has over 1.5 million square feet of warehouse space that they are strategically phasing to revitalize in the Philadelphia industrial area. Control Point conducted various surveying services to aid in the background documentation for the future revitalization of a new central warehouse for the Pennsylvania Liqueur Control Board.
